Daniel and I spent Wednesday, August 1^st and Thursday, August 2^nd at Six Flags Great America. We went on 9 rollercoasters on the first day, and went on over 14 rollercoaster rides on Thursday (thanks in part to the Gold Flash Pass)! We walked over 13 miles in those two days!! Our favorite rollercoasters were the Raging Bull and the Superman: Ultimate Ride. On Friday, August 3^rd, we spent the day in Chicago. Thank goodness for GPS devices as we were able to avoid tollways! In Chicago, we toured the Museum of Science and Industry and experienced Gino’s East pizza per my brother-in-law’s recommendation.

Daniel and I got a wonderful opportunity to travel to Washington DC. We went to the Washington Monument, Licoln’s Memorial, Arlington Cemetery, Smithsonian Institute and more!

Proposal, Marriage, JAMAICA

On March 15, 2003, Daniel Hendricks proposed and I said “Yes”. Well, we decided to be non-conventional and romantic. Daniel and I traveled to beautiful Ochos Rios, Jamaica where we got MARRIED on July 4th, 2004 at the Beaches Boscobel Resort! We spent six days and five wonderful nights in the Caribbean country. We enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, swimming, traveling, and we even climbed the famous Dunn’s River Falls! All in all the wedding/honeymoon was a wonderful time, and we look forward to sharing our memories with the ones we care about!
